| GenArts Inc., a provider of specialized visual effects software for the film, television and video industries, announced they will acquire particleIllusion and all related products and technologies from wondertouch LLC. particleIllusion is a sprite-based particle effects application.
wondertouch and particleIllusion will continue to operate as stand-alone brands, separate from GenArts Sapphire, Monsters and Raptors.

Euro VAT Refund has announced the deadline for filing a VAT refund claim to the United Kingdom for invoices for production costs dated from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009 is December 31, 2009.
EuroVAT advises that the required preparation time before filing can range from 3-8 weeks. The filing deadlines for other EU countries refund claims for fiscal year 2009 is June 30, 2010.
