Globalstor Opens EMEA Sales and Tech Support Office

Globalstor Data Corporation, a premier OEM integrator of high performance RAID, SAN and storage/video servers, has opened a new sales and technical support office in Wiesbaden, Germany, near the city of Frankfurt. The facility provides comprehensive phone and field support for Globalstor customers and vendors located throughout the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region.

With the establishment of the Wiesbaden office, Globalstor now offers its EMEA-based vendors and customers the same comprehensive level of support enjoyed by those in Canada and the U.S. Product specialists at the office are on call 24/7 to assist with any challenges. In the event that a problem cannot be solved via phone, a support professional will be dispatched onsite.

The Wiesbaden location supports most Globalstor products, including the ExtremeStor-iNAS N240 NAS/iSCSI server, the ExtremeStor DI REDe Rack and Tower for RED digital cinema applications, and the iTrax IP professional audio storage system, among many others. The office also maintains an inventory of spare parts.
