  • Recall all memory settings or any individual colour correction, effect or layer combination
  • Full-screen memories bin with sizable images

Film Master supports all aspects of the Digital
Intermediate process:

  • Unlimited layers of colour enhancements
  • Apply looks and effects on a clip, sequence or roll basis
  • Isolate areas of a picture or scene with pinpoint accuracy
  • Achieve dynamic grades and animation of effects parameters
  • Apply unlimited shapes to each layer to add, subtract and combine with the alpha channel
  • Manipulate and track individual shapes on a transform or per point basis

The Film Master Control Panel

Colour panel
The colour corrector panel uses large, comfortable
trackballs with rings and programmable function keys
you can use without releasing the trackballs. The panels
have direct access keys for all processing options and
large graphic displays to keep you informed.
The Primary Toolset Display shows the parameters of
the current toolset and controls the mapping of the
trackballs. Included on both Image Panel and Colour
Panel, this gives independent access to different
toolsets, or extended control of one toolset. Carefully selected components provide a better feel and
a long lifespan.

Media panel
The Media Panel has comprehensive controls, including
a proven jog/shuttle control, to move around the timeline
and control the Play Heads. The jog/shuttle control
is designed to replicate a ‘hardware’ video playback
system.

Image panel
The Image Panel includes dedicated controls to compare
images, store settings and control the monitor display.
Because you can configure many of the Panel’s buttons,
you can adapt the system to work exactly how you like.

The Film Master has been designed by Colourists. We asked Creatives from around the world what they wanted and worked with them to completely overhaul our user interface. Just about every control is only one key-press away. There are also Quick Keys that allow you to quickly store and recall settings, add shapes and pull a key. It’s a
system that you can mould to the way you work.
